About.

Reclaim Your Life Ltd (formally CBT Mills) is directed by Vicky Elizabeth who has over 30 years experience as a Therapist. Vicky has found that the most effective therapy tends to have a more dynamic solution focussed approach which enables both therapist and client to be truly themselves. She has come to appreciate the need for calm, peace and humour in therapy and that online therapy is just as effective as being in the room - which means she can offer her skills worldwide in a way that really makes a difference.
